1. Fees.

50% upfront deposit. The remaining fees (50%) shall be paid in full after 50% project completion (Updates will be sent). Only after the full amount has been paid shall I finish up the remaining 50% of the project.

 

For bigger projects, fees might be split into smaller portions. Feel free to discuss with me.

2. Cancellation or Withdrawal by Client. 

No extra fees would be charged as payments are always upfront (Usually spilt into 2 portions). If you’re unsure about your project, you may request that your project be spit into smaller portions.

3. Work Delays and Cancellation by Translator.

I will always try my best to finish up each project on time. However in the event of a delay or cancellation on my end (due to unforeseen circumstances) I will notify you for a discussion and possibly offer a discount or a full refund.

4. Client's Review of Translation. 

Review period will be 14 working days after receiving the full translation. During this period, the Translator shall correct, at no cost to Client, any errors made by Translator.

5.  Confidentiality.

• All Client’s work is worked on in a private and confidential manner. Your private information will never be used on free translation software such as Google Translate etc. and therefore the chances of a breach of Client privacy is unlikely to happen on the Translator’s end. 

 

If in any case a breach of privacy is found, unless sufficient evidence is presented, Miss I. Translates will not to be held liable for any losses, and any losses are solely for the Client to bear. Please do understand that there might be multiple parties on your end as a Client who might have unintentionally shared your project’s information online, such as using free translation software etc. However, do message me if such occurrences ever happen and we can sort things out.

 

• Clients work will never be used as part of my portfolio unless granted express permission by the Client.

 

• Client’s files will be deleted from my database after one month (30 days) upon project completion.

6. Can I modify/change your translations?

Yes, you can do whatever you want with them. You own the translations once you pay for them.
